SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Orders shipped within 5-7 business days after processing.

Please call the salon before pick up to ensure we are in! 757-335-4145. Please wear your mask and present your identification at the time of pickup. If someone else is picking up your item please identify them in the notes of your order.

PICK UP POLICY

Due to space in the salon, we are limited on the hold time for pick-up orders. Please pick up your order within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, the shipping fee will be assessed to your account and the items will be shipped to you. After 14 days your order will be canceled.

RETURN POLICY

We have a no refund policy.

We do allow exchanges ONLY on unused, unopened retail merchandise, products and tools within 5 business days of receiving order. Please contact us at info@stylequeenbeauty.com to initiate a return.

It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@stylequeenbeauty.com. Your item is to be returned to: Style Queen Beauty Incorporated 1400 Kempsville Road #128 Chesapeake, VA 23320.

Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
